How to deploy changes
When you get an updated version of the deck file from Claude:
Keeping your data safe
Your data is safe in Supabase, but a weekly manual backup is good practice:
The deck will show a red warning on Studio Home when your backup is overdue (7+ days). If you ever need to restore, use the Restore from Backup button in Settings.
Using it on your phone
The deck is installed as an app on your phone home screen. To reinstall on a new phone or add to another device:
If something goes wrong
Supabase is probably paused. Go to supabase.com/dashboard → Resume project. Wait 1 min, try again.
Log out and log back in — the pull happens on login. Check Supabase isn't paused.
Hard refresh: Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, or fully close and reopen on phone.
Go to Settings → Restore from Backup using your most recent backup file.

About this CRM
All data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Nothing leaves your device.
To back up: use Export CSV from the All Leads panel. To transfer to a new Mac: export CSV from old Mac, import on new.
Storage keys: leads (bw_crm_v10), tasks (bw_tasks_v1), ad spend (bw_adspend_v1), revenue targets (bw_targets_v1),
