Your complete guide to the Studio Deck setup

🏗 The Setup

How it all fits together

Your Studio Deck has three layers:

Netlify — hosts the file (the interface you see). Free forever. This is just the "skin".
Supabase — stores all your data in the cloud (London server). Free tier, pauses after ~1 week of inactivity — just hit Resume if that happens.
Your browser — keeps a fast local copy so the deck loads instantly. Always syncs with Supabase on login.

🔄 Updating the Deck

How to deploy changes

When you get an updated version of the deck file from Claude:

1. Save the new file to your Mac
2. Go to app.netlify.com → blushandwild project
3. Scroll to the Production deploys drag and drop box
4. Drop the file onto it
5. Done — live in seconds. Your data is never affected. ✓
💾 Backups

Keeping your data safe

Your data is safe in Supabase, but a weekly manual backup is good practice:

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
2. Click Download Backup
3. Save to iCloud Drive or Google Drive

The deck will show a red warning on Studio Home when your backup is overdue (7+ days). If you ever need to restore, use the Restore from Backup button in Settings.

📱 Phone App

Using it on your phone

The deck is installed as an app on your phone home screen. To reinstall on a new phone or add to another device:

1. Open deck.blushandwild.co.uk in Safari (must be Safari on iPhone)
2. Tap the share button (box with arrow)
3. Tap Add to Home Screen
4. Name it "Studio Deck" and tap Add
🚨 Troubleshooting

If something goes wrong

"Failed to fetch" on login
Supabase is probably paused. Go to supabase.com/dashboard → Resume project. Wait 1 min, try again.
Data not syncing between devices
Log out and log back in — the pull happens on login. Check Supabase isn't paused.
Changes not showing after update
Hard refresh: Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, or fully close and reopen on phone.
Lost data / something corrupted
Go to Settings → Restore from Backup using your most recent backup file.

Conversion reason tags

These are the tags that appear in each lead profile under "What finally converted her?" Edit, add or remove them here.

Rounds

Create, rename or delete your campaign rounds. Leads assigned to a deleted round keep their round label but it won't appear in the filter.

💾 Data backup

Your CRM data lives in your browser. Back up weekly so you never lose anything if you clear your cache or switch devices. Save the file to iCloud or Dropbox.

All data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Nothing leaves your device.
To back up: use Export CSV from the All Leads panel. To transfer to a new Mac: export CSV from old Mac, import on new.
